(3) if the following commodities or information are published, 12 points shall be deducted each time and prohibited information shall be deleted:

8. Drugs and blood products used to prevent and treat human diseases, such as toxic drugs, radiation drugs, family planning drugs, prescription drugs, etc;

9. Oral or external products involving aphrodisiac, psychedelic and other purposes;

18. Fireworks and firecrackers

(4) if the following commodities or information are published, four points shall be deducted each time and prohibited information shall be deleted:
