Unable to receive emails, usually due to interception by QQ mailbox system.

You can follow these steps to restore--

1. After opening QQ mailbox, right-click the mouse in the "inbox" and select "receive query" (as shown in the following figure):

2. Find the email from the trade Station, click Add to whitelist, and then go back to your inbox to view the email (as shown in the following figure):

To prevent messages from being intercepted by QQ email in the future, you can add emails from trade stations to the whitelist. The procedure is as follows--

1. On the receipt query page, click the complaint button in the upper-right corner (as shown in the following figure):

2. Enter the source of the letter: mail.dtmuban.com, and click send report (as shown in the following figure):

3. Select send mail. dtmuban.com add domain name whitelist and click add whitelist ". In the future, QQ mailbox will not intercept the mail from the trade station (as shown in the following figure):
